1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • Food products must be returned within 3 days of delivery if defective or damaged

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food products
  • Perishable items after delivery
  • Household items used or altered

3. Refund Process

  • Contact us via email to request a refund
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are possible only for defective or damaged items
  • Contact us immediately after delivery for exchange instructions

5. Shipping Cost

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect
